In a survey conducted a few years ago, customers were asked to rate our service on a scale of 1 to 4, 4 being the highest. Ninety-eight percent of returns came back with the 4 circled. In the same survey, more than half of our customers expressed the desire to go to PPD (Pre-Authorized Payment) – a system that we have now set up to make life easier for you.
