He also knows the accounts – most of them off the top of his head – and with thousands of names and numbers to be familiar with, that is no small task. What does this mean for you?

For you, the customers, Vigilarm's long-term employees offer dependability. With voice- and E-mail being integrated into more and more companies, Vigilarm remains one of the few where you can call the station and be guaranteed a live voice on the other end of the phone. Also, Vigilarm employs its own installers and service men; we do not sub-contract. It will be the same technicians who installed your system that will be coming back if you experience problems. They are familiar with the technology and always helpful.

And the survey says...

Obviously, this kind of company set-up has paid off. In a survey conducted a few years ago, customers were asked to rate our service on a scale of 1 to 4, 4 being the highest. Ninety-eight percent of returns came back with the 4 circled. In the same survey, more than half of our customers expressed the desire to go to PPD (Pre-Authorized Payment) – a system that we have now set up to make life easier for you.
